Established in 2017 out of a desire to share the delicious freshly made pizza taste, Ads Pizzas was created out of a love of bringing good food to all.

Using specialist mobile pizza ovens, pizzas can be freshly made in a few minutes from start to finish using handmade, hand stretched fresh dough and Italian inspired toppings. 

These are Naples inspired pizzas, with that delicious soft base and airy crust, alongside authentic topping choices to include Italian Pepperoni, Classic Margherita, Locally sourced Ham and Mushroom, Smoky Nduja and weekly Vegetarian/ Vegan specials such as, Roasted Aubergine, Ortolana, Burratina, Puttanesca, Crema di Zucca and whatever preferences you may have for your event. I love to try out new and traditional flavour combinations as well as being flexible according to the event. 
 
We have a smart 8ft x 4ft Trailer or good looking Gazebo set-up which allows flexibility - we can come to you wherever you are! We are fully self-sufficient using our gas to cook with. Electric is not necessarily needed. The pizzas are baked on a hot stone resulting in a thin tasty base. All dough is handmade using the finest Italian flour and 72 hour 'proven' dough, making it delicious to eat whatever topping you choose.

I've been creating pizzas for years and love using my mobile pizza oven to bring my creations to peoples events and special occasions.


I  believe these pizzas to be perfect for food on the go, fast, but not compromising on flavour.

My passion for good food began on a smallholding in Devon, where I was raised with a deep appreciation for fresh ingredients and home-cooked meals. I've always been drawn to cooking and exploring flavours, which naturally led me into a career in catering. Running my own business is a dream come true—I thrive on serving customers and get real joy from feeding people delicious food. I’m always looking to grow and evolve, often taking inspiration from customer feedback. Most recently, a trip to Italy has sparked new ideas and flavours that I can't wait to share!

 

I have public liability insurance, food safety certificate and a 5* Food Hygiene rating
